Zero To 6 Figures In Your Coaching Biz

It’s often said that your first 100k is the hardest…

I myself can vouch for this.

It took me around 2 years to reach this momentous stage.

But once I did, there was no turning back…

The next 6 figures took me just a few months.

And there’s a reason for this…

Because once you figure out how to do this once, you now have the formula.

It now becomes just a matter of refine, rinse and repeat.

Here’s the thing though…

I don’t want it to take you 2 years to reach 6 figures.

And that’s why…

On this week’s episode of the Expert Edge I dive deep into the 7 steps I would take in today’s market to reach 6 figures within 6 months.

I’ll share with you the first 4 steps of 7 here…

Step 1: Choose the perfect client

Get really clear on who your perfect client is. Describe them in as much detail as possible. The clearer and deeper you get with this step, the easier it will be to find them and make money. You have to like working with them, know how to help them and they have to have the resources to pay you. All these 3 elements need to be in place to find your perfect client.

Step 2: Run a pilot program

This is the first step to creating your signature program. The purpose of the pilot program isn’t to make money. It’s to get clarity on how to best serve your clients, to build confidence in your offer and to get amazing testimonials that will pay you huge dividends when the time comes.

My first pilot program didn’t have any content, it was just 6 zoom calls (which turned into 13) and the testimonials that I got from that are STILL making me money.

Step 3: Gather as much proof as you can

Get obsessed about getting proof that what you’re offering works. You can always run a free pilot program in exchange for testimonials. I ran a contest during my pilot program and entered everybody that sent me a video testimonial into it.

Step 4: Present your offer as much as you can

Run a webinar or zoom meeting every month, or even every 2 weeks. This is when you will offer the signature program. You can start your first offers at a lower price and then continually bump them up.
