I was sitting in a room of successful entrepreneurs and if I was really honest I felt very small.

The group leader was going around asking everyone to share the breakthrough that they had during the workshop.

I only had one thing on my mind.

 It was a fact that I couldn’t deny, I had been playing small.

Sure I’d made some progress, but compared to what I knew was on my life, I was holding back…BIG TIME.

So I shared with the group that I was scared to step into the next level of who I was.

I shared with them that for my next level….I didn’t want to just be a ‘market leader’, I wanted to lead market leaders.

At the time it felt really silly saying it out loud.

I mean, who was I to think that?

I was just a dude from Australia that no one in America, Canada or Europe knew.

But despite feeling silly, I decided to declare that ‘I Was A Leader Of Market Leaders’.

…and very quickly something magical happened.

I got the opportunity to coach some market leaders.

They literally reached out to me for help with some of their big virtual events, webinars and presentations.

I got the chance to help and advise people like Amy Porterfield (Founder of Digital Course Academy), Carrie Green (Female Entrepreneur Association), Rick Mulready, James Wedmore, Julie Solomon, Britt Seva, Jill Stanton (Screw the 9 to 5) and many others…

And this was the lesson…

To create the future you want you must step into a new identity.

So I’m curious…what’s the identity that represents your future successful self?

What identity must you declare to the world? (even though it may feel silly)

In fact, I recently recorded a short podcast on what I believe are the 5 beliefs that every entrepreneur has to believe to lead their market.

It’s what I call being an Irresistible Entrepreneur.

For me an Irresistible Entrepreneur is someone who attracts the right clients to them with ease!
