Here’s the problem, as an entrepreneur you haven’t chosen the easy path.
Do you ever have those moments where you look at people working from 9 to 5 and think “damn that looks easy, less complicated, and kinda comfortable”?
I know I’ve had many of those.
Being an entrepreneur requires you to continually create uncomfortable situations.
Think about it…
You schedule a webinar, live event or speaking engagement that you then have to fill, speak at and ask people to join your other programs.
You don’t have anyone guaranteeing your paycheck every month.
But here is the truth…
It’s usually only through discomfort that you create true freedom.
When you look back on the moments that were most uncomfortable in your business, the moments that stretched you the most. Where you got out of your comfort zone and spoke on stage, ran that webinar or made that phone call, and you saw results that were new and exciting.
Wouldn’t you agree that is incredible!
It was incredible because you discovered what was inside of you. You discovered that you were more than your discomfort, your limiting beliefs, and your resistance.
You stepped above it and rose up.
I want you to stop looking for comfort.
Stop looking for someone to save you.
Stop looking for the easy way out.
You chose this life as an entrepreneur for a reason.
It was to make a difference, to reach your full potential, to truly be all that you knew you can be.
And in those difficult moments when you feel like quitting and when you feel like giving up…
I want you to come back to this one question that has fundamentally changed my life.
In fact, this one question alone was the reason why we decided to pack up our two young kids, leave our country and move to California.
Ready for it?
Q. When you get to the end of your life, and you are 90 years old, sitting on your rocking chair looking back on your life would you regret not fully going for it? Would you regret not believing in yourself and taking the risk to live a life that others only dreamed of?
If the answer is yes, then you must do it.
You must step up and into the very calling that is on your life.
So what is that dream that’s in your heart?
Stop sitting on your hands, or feeling comfortable behind your keyboard and start stepping out into the light.
Into the magnificent glow of what is ON YOUR LIFE.
So here is my challenge for you this week.
What is one thing that you have been putting off because of fear?
Now, what is the smallest next step you can take towards achieving what you really want deep down inside?
Write that small step down right now and take that step this week.
