1. Start with a high-value offer (the foundation of everything)
Your offer could be a group program, course, mastermind, or group coaching. Define what you’re selling. Then add the five elements of value: saving time, making money, access to you, community, and energy shift. When someone joins your program, they’re not just getting content. They’re getting an energetic lift. They’re accessing your frequency. That’s value most coaches forget to include.
2. Get crystal clear on your messaging (who are you actually helping?)
Don’t say “professional women.” Say “professional women in director roles at corporations who hold back in board meetings and miss promotions.” Go deep on the symptoms, not just the surface problem. When you know who you’re talking to and what they’re really feeling, your message lands. And people buy what they feel connected to.
3. Build one great presentation (then deliver it over and over)
90% of the sale happens before you even mention the offer. The selling should feel like a valuable presentation, not a sales pitch. Then deliver the same presentation repeatedly. Refine it. Get feedback. I changed one presentation and went from 5% conversion to 34% conversion. Same offer. Better content. The system works when you work the system.
4. Move from scattered to scalable (and actually make consistent money)
Stop doing one-off presentations at random summits. Stop trying to sell one-on-one coaching through webinars. Pick one high-value offer. One clear message. One great presentation. Deliver it consistently. This is what turns $4K months and $30K months into consistent $10K-$20K+ months. Consistency beats strategy every single time.
