If you don’t make specific changes, next year will be the same as the last!
I’ve learned a few distinctions this year around growing my business (that have doubled our revenue in the last 12 months), and they weren’t the conventional ideas I used to believe.
I’m going to be using these ideas next year as we grow and scale our business further.

Here’s a sneak peak of the questions…
1. Where can I double down?
Focus on the 1 activity that if you really put more energy into it, it’s going to give you the most leverage and results in your business.
2. What does your program structure look like and where are the opportunities?
One of the easiest ways to make more money is a new offer. But there is a caveat to this, that there needs to be congruence with your other offers. Instead of creating something completely new, look at your current offer and see how you can create an implementation version of it or even possibly a smaller version of it like a mini course.
3. If money wasn’t important, what would you do differently?
Of course it’s important. But if money wasn’t the goal, what would you do differently? Putting your attention on these areas will open up a level of congruence in your business. And you’ll see that where energy goes, money flows.
4. How can you adapt your business to suit your personality more?
If you want to go deep with this I recommend doing some type of personality profiling like DISC or Myers Briggs to really understand your personality. But if not, are you an introvert or an extrovert? Adapt to your personality so you have more energy.
5. What are some key relationships you can work on this year that will give you a quantum leap?
I’ve said this in the past, but a lot of my best relationships have come from paid programs. These relationships have catapulted my business faster than anything else.
