We’re halfway through the year. And most coaches are either crushing it or in a daze about what just happened in 2026?!
Here’s what I’ve noticed: AI threw a wrench into everyone’s business.
New tools drop every week.
Everyone’s convinced they’re behind.
But here’s the truth nobody wants to hear: that’s all just white noise.
The winners right now didn’t figure out the latest AI hack. They figured out two fundamental shifts that actually move the needle.
First shift: Stop selling information, start selling transformation. Information is on a track to zero. Your clients can ask ChatGPT anything and get an answer.
What they want is transformation.
And it comes from three things:
- Commitment (the money, time, and energy they invest),
- Community (being around people at their next level),
- and Coaching (real human feedback that changes everything).
Second shift: Develop your ability to emotionally rebound. This separates the winners from everyone else. You’ll have failures. The question isn’t whether it happens. It’s whether you lie on the floor or get back up.
This week’s episode is the pep talk for your second half. These two shifts will determine whether you end 2026 bigger and better or exactly where you are right now.

Here’s what we unpack and how to apply it immediately:
1. Transformation beats information (commit to this shift now)
Information is going to zero in value. Your clients can get information anywhere. What they can’t get anywhere is a transformation that changes their life, their business, their outcomes. Build your offers around the transformation, not the content. Include commitment (through money, time, energy), community (people at the next level), and coaching (real human feedback). That’s what creates actual results.
2. Your internal work is your external advantage (become who your people want to be)
Stop obsessing over hooks and subject lines and Instagram angles. The real competitive advantage is the internal work you’ve done to become the version your prospects want to become. When someone sees your post or hears your presentation, they should think “I want to be like them.” That only happens when you’ve done the inner work to resolve your own stuff.
3. Emotional rebound is a skill (practice the three Ps)
When you fail (and you will), remember: it’s not personal, it’s not permanent, and it’s not pervasive. One presentation lost money? That’s not a reflection on you. It’s temporary. And it only affects that one thing, not your whole life. When you get knocked down, reset with the three Ps and get back up. I lost $1,500 on a presentation, then made $22,000 on the next one.
4. Doing the uncomfortable thing is the only real skill (everything else is distraction)
The latest app, the newest AI tool, the best marketing hook—it’s all white noise. The only thing that separates successful people from everyone else is their willingness to do the uncomfortable thing when they’ve been knocked down. Do it enough times and it becomes comfortable. Then you level up and it starts being uncomfortable again.
If you’re halfway through the year and feeling stuck, it’s probably not your offer. It’s probably one of these two shifts you haven’t made yet.
