Here they are:
1. Simplify Your Offer
A lot of experts, myself included years ago, have too many offers. I used to have a multitude of offers and topics that I spoke on, from productivity to speaking from stage…
It wasn’t until I refined my offers and narrowed it down to my core 3 that things began to scale quickly.
2. Be Around Big Thinkers
Being around big thinkers and the latest strategies has made all the difference.
Investing in things that enhance your own skill sets like masterminds, courses, group coaching, etc… is the greatest investment you can make.
I can’t overstate the importance of this strategy. The people that don’t take this seriously end up lagging behind or falling off the wagon.
3. Master The Stage
Stages have the amazing power to position you as a leader. Even before you utter a word, the perception of leadership is there.
Leadership and Influence go hand in hand and to influence you need to communicate with clarity and power.

4. Hire Exceptional People
When the time comes to hire, it’s important that you hire “A” players. Players that grow with your business.
You don’t need a big team, you just need a good team!

5. Be Consistent
This strategy is one that a lot of coaches struggle with but it’s one of the most important steps.
Consistency builds trust and rapport with your audience. If your audience knows that you show up – no matter what – they’re going to trust you.
This can come in the form of an email every week, a video every week, a podcast every week, etc… just be consistent. It’s crucial to building a business long term.
Whether you’re trying to scale to 7 figures or you’re looking to build a business with a strong foundation..
I highly recommend you integrate the strategies and ideas above into your business.
