3 tips for improving your conversions from your webinar

Creating a high converting webinar is an art.

If you’ve been on a lot of webinars you might know what I mean.

At first glance they all might seem similar to you.

You know the flow… Presenter gets on -> Introduces themself -> Shares their credentials -> Teaches you some cool content -> Makes an offer

And yet at the end of some webinars you leave without even considering taking them up on their offer, even if the content was great…

While on other webinars you can’t pull out your credit card fast enough.

There’s a reason this happens.

There’s a reason some webinars convert so well.

Now I don’t have enough time to go into full depth here but I’ve put together a list of 3 tips that will drastically improve your webinar conversions once you implement them.

1.Show the audience that you are like them

Within the first 5-7 minutes of any presentation you have to show the audience that you have been on a journey similar to them. However, the key is to also show them that  you’ve been able to master that journey.

One of the most important things is that your audience should know that you were like them in the beginning of your journey. This builds trust and shows them that you can be their guide.

If they don’t trust you, they won’t buy your program.

2.Share your story in a way that connects with your offer

One of the most important things that you can do is create a conversion story.

Your conversion story is sharing a signature story that aligns with your core premise.

3.Shift Resistance beliefs that would stop them from committing to their goals

One of the biggest mistakes that people make is that they teach content instead of shifting beliefs. The one thing that’s stopping your audience from moving forward with your program or your offer is not how much they know but the resistance beliefs they have about committing to the next level.
