1. You’ve gotta fully commit
A million-dollar business doesn’t come from part-time energy. If you’re dipping your toes in, you’re going to get part-time results. This doesn’t mean burnout or hustle culture—it means taking radical ownership of your vision.
2. Teach money it can trust you
Money flows to people who aren’t terrified to let it go. I used to hold money so tightly it practically filed a restraining order. When I started giving consistently—whether to charity, church, or someone in need—everything shifted.
3. Ask million-dollar questions
Stop asking “why aren’t I making more?” and start asking “what would a million-dollar version of me do today?” Those better questions will call you into better action, faster decisions, and higher-level thinking.
4. One core offer > 17 scattered ones
Verena, one of our Sell From Stage students, went from $30K months to $1M/year by simplifying her offer and presentation. When you build your business around one signature solution, everything gets easier—and more profitable.
5. Learn or hire high-leverage skills
Sales. Speaking. Ads. Offer creation. If you’re not learning them, you’re hiring for them. But trying to skip these entirely? That’s how you stay stuck. (And yes, I hired out Facebook ads early because the Ads Manager dashboard gives me hives.)
Bottom line? You can’t penny-pinch, wing it, or wish your way to consistent $100K months.
