Here’s How to Get Clients While You Sleep

Here’s How to Get Clients While You Sleep

Imagine waking up, rolling over, grabbing your phone…

And seeing 8 NEW clients already signed up for your program before you had your cup of joe!

That’s the power of an automated client machine…

…it’s your business working for you, even while you sleep.

The beauty of an on-demand system isn’t just freedom; it’s scalability.

You’re no longer stuck in a cycle of manual, one-to-one work that leaves you drained.

(I did this for way too many years)

Instead, you can shift to one-to-many systems, driving traffic and conversions on autopilot.

The result?

Consistent growth, more impact, and more time to focus on what matters most to you.

The key is building the right sales system while avoiding some common mistakes that keep coaches and experts stuck.

I’m going deep into this during my upcoming workshop series – register here.

I’ve recorded this week’s episode of the Expert Edge to show you the value and benefit of creating an on-demand client machine.

In order to build your client machine, it’s helpful to know what stops most in their tracks…

Here are 4 big mistakes that stop people from building their automated client machine:

  1. Getting Stuck in a Manual Model Mindset
It’s easy to get stuck in a mindset of just manually delivering sales calls, webinars, and direct messages. The good thing about this is that you get some momentum, especially at the start, the challenge is that you don’t end up scaling beyond where you are at. I personally was stuck in this mindset for a few years longer than I needed to be. I discuss some simple mindset shifts on the podcast that will help you to work out whether moving out of a manual model is the right time for you.
  2. Stopping Organic Promotion and relying only on Ads
Even with an automated system, consistent traffic is essential. The mistake? Not promoting the mechanism enough on organic platforms. Focus on one traffic source, like Instagram or YouTube, to drive leads into your system consistently.
  3. Avoiding Paid Traffic all together
This is kind of the opposite of the second one, but I will say that getting a good paid ad strategy in place is the secret to scaling up your automated client machine. Paid ads are a game changer for scaling. Investing in ads ensures you’re bringing in new clients every day, even while you sleep. Start small, learn what works, and gradually scale your ad budget for maximum ROI.
  4. Neglecting Systems and Team
You can’t do it all alone. Start by hiring customer support to free up your energy, followed by admin and tech help. These hires will ensure your system runs smoothly while you focus on growth and strategy. On the podcast, I went through the four phases you need to move through in hiring your team and building systems to hit a million dollars plus per year.

This episode dives deep into these mistakes and how to overcome them.

Let’s build your automated client machine together!
