The Hidden Ceiling That’s Keeping Coaches Stuck

I used to think success was all about strategy.

If I could just find the best marketing angle, the biggest business partner, the perfect offer…

…then everything would fall into place.

But after years of grinding, I realized something:

Your business will never outgrow your identity.

If deep down, you still see yourself as someone who “gets by” rather than someone who thrives… you’ll always hit an invisible ceiling.

The most successful people I know aren’t just great at what they do… they think differently.

They show up as their future successful self… every day.

They surround themselves with people who stretch their vision. They act as if they’ve already achieved it. They step into a new identity before the results even show up.

1. Recognizing Your Current Capacity
Your current reality—whether it’s your income, business success, or lifestyle—is a direct reflection of your capacity to hold abundance. Facing the truth isn’t about settling; it’s about acknowledging where you are so you can intentionally expand your potential and level up.

2. Experience What’s Possible Before You Have it
Seeing and experiencing your next level before you have achieved it teaches your subconscious what is available to you. One of my favorite ways of doing that is surrounding myself with people who are living much bigger lives than myself. The biggest breakthroughs happen when you put yourself in rooms where others are thinking and acting bigger than you—people making moves that once seemed impossible. When you see what’s truly achievable, your mindset expands, and suddenly, your biggest goals stop feeling like dreams and start becoming your next steps. I also share other strategies like experiences, events, journaling, and investing, which all stack up to experience your new level before you have it.

3. Owning Your New Identity
You have to declare who you are before the world recognizes it. Stop waiting for permission—decide today that you are the leader, the authority, or the expert in your field and start showing up as that person. When you act as if you already are who you aspire to be, your actions align with your new identity, and the world will eventually reflect it back to you.

I decided “I am a leader of market leaders” before I had the privilege of working with the biggest names in this industry.

You are the only one who can give yourself permission to lead.

No one is coming to “knight you” as the market leader; you decide to be that, and then your world responds accordingly.
