I made one of the scariest decisions in my business in January of 2021.<\/span><\/p>\n

This one decision led to our most profitable year.<\/span><\/p>\n

The decision was to close down 80% of the programs I was delivering.<\/b><\/p>\n

In 2020, I was selling a Mastermind Program, a lot of individual coaching, Keynote speaking, and about five different online courses.<\/span><\/p>\n

At the start of 2021, I asked myself these three questions…<\/span><\/p>\n

  1. What program do I enjoy the most? (Joy)<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. What program do I believe will be most profitable? (Profit)<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. What program do I believe will have the most impact? (Contribution)<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Everything kept coming back to one offering, which was my Sell From Stage Academy\u00ae and the ELITE\u2122 Group Coaching Level.<\/b><\/p>\n

    So I made the scary decision of closing everything, other than this main offering.<\/span><\/p>\n

    I closed my Mastermind, I stopped selling coaching, I stopped doing keynotes,\u00a0 I stopped selling my other online courses.<\/span><\/p>\n

    This was really scary because those offerings represented about 50% of my income!!!<\/span><\/p>\n

    But, looking back at this decision, it was one of the best business decisions I’ve made.<\/b><\/p>\n

    Simplifying can be really scary.<\/span><\/p>\n

    It’s also really releasing.<\/span><\/p>\n

    This year for me has been a lot more enjoyable because all of my energy has gone into one program.<\/b><\/p>\n

    And it’s crazy to think that not only was the money I thought I was going to lose, made back, but we’ve had our most profitable year ever!<\/span><\/p>\n

    And the best part was that I got to do what I enjoy the most!<\/span><\/p>\n

    Which Is helping people become confident at converting more clients from virtual stages.<\/span><\/p>\n

    So I encourage you to ask yourself these three questions coming into 2022…<\/b><\/p>\n

    1. What program do you enjoy the most?<\/b><\/li>\n
    2. What program do you believe will be most profitable?<\/b><\/li>\n
    3. What program do you believe will have the most impact?<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Essentially, when you decide which program gives you all of these three things your business will become joyful, profitable, and highly impactful.<\/span><\/p>\n

      What more would you want, right??<\/span><\/p>\n

      In fact the only way to scale up your business is to simplify.<\/b><\/p>\n
