The digital marketing project manager is responsible for the management of launches for our digital products, sales funnels & email database. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with Colin to drive forward our business results.

Requirements and Experience:

    1. Has previous experience in managing launches of digital products, sales funnels, & email management systems
    2. Has previous experience with click funnels or Kajabi & feels confident navigating the platform
    3. Is highly organized with a high attention to detail
    4. Is committed to growth & driving the results of the business forward

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

    1. Launch project manager: keeping team accountable to timeline, scheduling & sending all emails for launches
    2. Sales funnels: building landing page funnels, testing their quality & performance, split testing
    3. Management of our systems: Click funnels, Kajabi, convert kit & ensuring they are integrated & working effectively
    4. Management of our affiliates: working with our affiliates both prior and during our launches.

Note: this role will not include social media, content or creative marketing. It is primarily a behind the scenes, optimization, and system-driven role.

We are a small team who work hard to accomplish big dreams & big results.

This is a remote position for someone that lives in California. We are based in Orange County, CA & get together as a team multiple times across a year. Salary is commensurate on experience.

CURRENTLY OPEN: CONTENT MARKETING ASSISTANT

We’re hiring a content marketing assistant & we’d love you to apply! 

The content marketing assistant is responsible for the implementation of content on our podcast, social media platforms, & copywriting for email newsletters. In this role you will work closely with the Creative Content Marketing Manager to grow our brand &  the online traffic into the business.

Requirements and Experience:

    1. Has previous experience in navigating social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Youtube, Pinterest or TikTok.
    2. Has a desire to grow & learn the top marketing strategies for online business
    3. Is highly organized with a high attention to detail
    4. Is a good writer

 

Bonus skills:
    1. Has graphic design skills in Canva / Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

    1. Podcast manager: overseeing the quality & deliverability of weekly podcast, booking podcast guests, collecting data from podcast
    2. Social media co-ordinator: implementation of scheduled creative content on social media channels: Instagram, Facebook, Youtube, Pinterest & TikTok
    3. Copywriting: marketing copywriting for projects as given
    4. Website updates: updating the website with blogs, podcasts & program offerings.
